Senior Residential Conveyancer.
An opportunity has arisen with a long standing law practice, based in central Cardiff, within their Residential Conveyancing department for a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancing fee earner who is looking for a fresh challenge in 2019, and for the chance to work with a very well established law firm who have an excellent reputation in the legal market.
You will be a Residential Conveyancing fee earner (Solicitor, Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with previous experience dealing with an array of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including Sales and Purchase and Leasehold and Freehold matters, from instruction through to completion. The department is well established and you'll be working alongside the other fee earners & Conveyancing Solicitors in the team, mentoring the junior members of the team as and when required.
There exists real opportunities for progression in the longer term and you'll be given support throughout to reach your full potential.
