Property Locum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join a highly regarded local authority based in East of England.

The successful candidate must be confident dealing with complex, high volume, high pressure transactions. This is a really interesting role, working with middle - high end work, including:

- Negotiations to CPO's

- Complex transactions and acting for Commercial developers

- Handling a mixed caseload of Property transactions

- Preparing new leases and dealing with lease renewals

With the wide variation of this role, planning experience would be useful however not essential.

The offices are in a good location, having good access to public transport links. Our client is flexible with home working for the right candidate.

This is an ideal opportunity to undertake a varied workload within a well supported team. Our client is looking for an individual to subsequently play an integral role in their ambitious growth plans. Whilst public sector experience is ideal, candidates from a private practice background will be considered.
