Paralegal EL/PL
A leading insurance firm has an exciting opportunity for an EL/PL paralegal to work in a highly regarded and growing PI team in the heart of Manchester - with a salary up to 20K.
Your new role
Your new role will involve working in a successful team that specialise in EL/PL and act for a variety of entities including insurance companies, and self-insureds.
You'll initially deal with fast track pre-litigation work with future scope for litigated work as this will be introduced in the role.
This is a great role for a junior paralegal looking to take the next step.
The work will include:
· Portal EL/PL claims
· Carrying out investigations to determine a decision on liability
· Drafting witness statements and quantifying damages
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of pre-action protocols for personal injury claims and portal claims is required.
You'll ideally have 6 months' experience handling your own claimant/defendant caseload of EL and PL claims.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll be exposed to fantastic quality work for an employer that offers real progression for paralegals who work hard and want to progress.
