Residential Conveyancer

The successful applicant will be capable of handling a broad caseload which will cover all stages of conveyancing including both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage transactions, as well as general land transactions, Assents, First Registrations and Transfers of Equity.

Experience in dealing with more complex property and land work, although not essential, would be highly desirable. This could include residential overages, complex transfers of equity, trust sales and purchases, adverse possession claims, voluntary first registrations, some basic agricultural and development work, company disposals and acquisitions and creation of new leases.

This role would suit someone who is currently working as either a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal who can demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for great client care.
