Douglas Scott is currently partnering with a Global Business in order to identify a Junior Solicitor to join their team in Greater Manchester.
To support continued growth, they are seeking to grow their Legal team through the strategic addition of a Solicitor. Applications are invited from either in-house or Private Practice candidates, who will be joining a well-known and highly influential Legal Team. The role is varied in nature, broadly incorporating Commercial contracts, Data Protection, Regulatory and Corporate matters across the Group. It is not essential to have had prior exposure to Commercial contracts, but exposure to Practice Areas linked to services for business is essential.
For a Junior Solicitor, this is a brilliant team to join in order to develop Commercial Legal skills. The team is heavily imbedded into the business and plays a key role in supporting decision making in the higher echelons of the organisation. As such, good communication skills are essential - typical stakeholder engagement is with FD, CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Operations.
