Remortgage Team Leader

Are you an experienced Remortgage Conveyancer with experience of leading a team?

The Firm

• Our client is a specialist conveyancing law firm based in Derby.

• They embrace the latest market-leading conveyancing technology whilst providing an outstanding level of customer service to their clients.

• The directors and conveyancers have extensive conveyancing experience throughout the UK. 

The Role

• Working within a busy and fast paced environment, advising on all aspects of the conveyancing process with the aid of a case management system.

• Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of remortgage conveyancing transactions. 

• Providing technical support to Fee Earners when required.

• Managing a team of Remortgage Conveyancing Fee Earners and Legal Assistants.

• Delivering exceptional levels of Customer Service to clients. 

The Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing experience. 

• Experience of People Management/Team Leading is highly desirable. 

• Good communication skills, being able to set an example to other members of the team.

• Excellent IT skills and experience using a case management system. 

The Benefits

• Salary of £25,000 to £32,000 per annum. 

• £3k Car allowance

• 25 days annual leave with long service accrual, birthday holiday and bank holidays.
