THE ROLE
The firm is looking for a Solicitor NQ-4pqe to join the Bristol office.
The successful candidate will join the Commercial and Infrastructure Department working on transactional construction and engineering projects for public and private sector clients.
The market-leading construction team has a national reputation for providing its clients with practical commercially-focused advice.
Its reputation in education, housing and the local authority sectors is second to none and is complemented by a strong practice advising clients operating in health, infrastructure, leisure, waste management and renewable energy, including major contractors and developers.
The legal practice includes advising clients on the use of industry standard forms and bespoke documentation on all the main construction procurement strategies for both capital projects and long-term maintenance arrangements.
The team has extensive experience of advising on all the PPP models, including the PFI market.

Experience of working on transactional construction projects.
