A high profile, major financial services business.
THE ROLE
A new FTC role for a commercial and M&A lawyer ideally with international experience, to join a collegiate in house legal team.
The role will involve a wide range of matters and regular interaction with the business.
ABOUT YOU
With at least 4pqe you will be keen to join a fast paced environment and used to working with an international customer base.
Experience of working within the financial and /or technology sector would be particularly welcome, although the team would also consider candidates with other relevant in house or private practice experience.
Compliance and MIFID II experience would be useful.
You should be available to commence at short notice for a one year contract.
