URGENT - US Qualified ECM/DCM Associates (2-6 PQE) – Hong Kong

We have been instructed directly to locate a number of talented US qualified capital markets associates for our global clients exceptional Hong Kong practice which acts for companies and financial intermediaries on a broad range of equity securities offerings (including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, rights issues and block trades) and debt transactions (including high yield and investment grade).

Applications are urgently sought from those candidates that have a strong academic background (including a JD from elite US Law School) and have practiced to date with a top tier firm in either Hong Kong, New York or London. Hands on experience in DCM and/or ECM is required for this opportunity, while those that are specialised in one area will be given immediate training in the other and be offered on going work spanning both. Mandarin Chinese would be beneficial but is not essential.
