Employment Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE)

Employment Solicitor, 0-2 PQE (including NQ), Derby, Well Established Multi-Office Regional Firm, Excellent package

In this interesting role you will have an excellent mix of work spanning Blue Chip and mid-sized clients. You will be working as part of a well established cross disciplinary team and gain the benefit of outstanding training within a supportive team environment.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following experience and qualities:

• 0-2 years PQE (with a previous employment law seat should you be newly qualified)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with an aptitude for providing pragmatic and technically strong advice
• A personable approach alongside a team orientated attitude
• A genuine interest in developing long term client relationships, networking and being part of a growing/ambitious firm
• A level of comfort working with senior stakeholders to push your own self development
