Private Client Associate Solicitor

Badenoch and Clark is currently working with a Top 200 law firm based in Wiltshire. They are looking for a private client solicitor to come on board and join their team. The firm have a very good existing reputation regionally and are only enhancing this with the work they are dealing with.

The successful candidate will be joining a firm who is offering a exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join their expansive department.

The right candidate will have taken a seat in a private client department or have been working in a private client department. They will need to show good understanding and knowledge, whilst being able to manage their own caseload and work effectively in a team.

The firm deal with a wide range of private client law including; Will Drafting, Court of Protection Applications, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Probates and Inheritance Disputes.

The firm are offering a competitive remuneration package to the successful candidate. Whilst flexible/remote working is also available.
