Mixed Property Fee Earner

Our client, a long established and growing traditional high street law firm based around the North West is looking for an ambitious Mixed Property Fee Earner join the team at their office based in Lancashire.

The firm are looking for a Mixed Property Fee Earner to work on a caseload of Residential and Commercial Property, managing your own caseload of Sale and purchase matters, including Leasehold, Buy to Let, New Builds and Shared Ownership. This role will also involve Networking and developing new and existing relationships.

The ideal Mixed Property Fee Earner will have full experience of Commercial Property and small business transactions along with purchase/sale transactions and leases and be comfortable running a busy caseload from inception to completion of residential property transactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Property experience, Salary for this Mixed Property Fee earner role is dependent on previous experience, but competitive rates are on offer for the right candidate.
