Senior Corporate Commercial Associate

This is an opportunity for a Senior Corporate/Commercial Associate to join an established law firm with a strong presence in the region and multiple offices spanning across the Middle East. This role is based in the firm’s Dubai office and offers a very attractive salary and benefit package.

Our client has experienced great success within the Corporate/Commercial department in the past several years which has led to the continued growth in the Dubai office. The team deal with a wide range of matters which include but is not limited to mergers & acquisitions; regulatory advice, corporate governance, IPOs/capital markets and other Corporate/Commercial related matters.

The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in the respected field; you will be comfortable carrying out the tasks mentioned above, have an excellent academic background and candidates already in the region will have an advantage.
