Paralegal

A leading regional law firm with an excellent reputation in the Midlands is looking for a Paralegal to join them for a full-time, permanent role in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with some corporate and/or commercial experience, but still junior, to kick off their career in this field.

Responsibilities of your new role

Key responsibilities of the Paralegal will include:

• Preparing, drafting and reviewing contracts;
• Due diligence in corporate transactions;
• Client contact;
• Supporting fee earners generally, including administrative tasks; and
• Preparing correspondence to clients.

Required skills and experience

The firm wish to hear from Paralegal applicants who demonstrate:

• At least 6 months experience in a paralegal role;
• Experience as part of a corporate or commercial team; and
• Excellent academics.

Salary

The successful Paralegal will be offered £18,000 - £21,000 per annum and the chance to develop their skills as part of a respected corporate / commercial team.
