Funds Paralegal - UCITS

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join a US based Investment Manager in their London office.

In joining this strong legal team you will assist on regulatory and general funds work. Work will include:

• drafting and negotiating a range of agreements including IMAs;
• general corporate and funds matters (with a focus on the company's UCITS funds in the UK and Ireland);
• country registrations;
• monitoring and implementing regulatory developments;
• as well as assisting the lawyers on further matters that cross the desk.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with two years experience gained at either a top city firm or a well-regarded investment manager. Previous UCITS experience is not a pre-requisite but is desired.
