IT 6+ PQE | Sydney

Our client, a global industry leader, is at the forefront of the digital technology revolution with both their own technologies and a number of strategic joint-ventures with some of the world's largest companies.

Due to innovation and growth, we are seeking a senior level lawyer to join this prominent team.

You will have approximately 6-10 years PQE in IT/Technology law (or equivalent) experience acquired in either a leading law firm or at in-house at a technology focused company of any size.

This is a highly visible role which will see you working very closely with the business, being involved in the most exciting, revolutionary digital and technology transactions!

You will advise on the development and commercialisation of innovative, digital products and service offerings, including world-wide licensing; as well as draft, review and negotiate a wide range of IT agreements (including MSAs, procurement, licensing, SaaS and outsourcing).

You will be an astute lawyer, commercial and solutions focused with highly developed negotiating skills who is keen for a new challenge in Sydney. Full sponsorship is available for this position and the role reports into an ex-silver circle trained lawyer who has been in Sydney for several years.
