One of the fastest growing sport and entertainment networks are looking for a commercial lawyer to join in a new role as a result of their growth.
The role will be responsible for supporting the global sports media rights team on the acquisition and distribution of media contact rights internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on sports rights acquisitions and distribution agreements;
- Working closely with commercial stakeholders and the global sports media team;
- Advising on tenders, offer documents, sales documents and sports media rights.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- 1-4 years PQE experience either in a commercial or TMT team however all candidates will be considered on merit;
- Ideally in-house experience gained in the sports, media or technology sector;
- The ability to find pragmatic commercial solutions to complex legal and commercial issues;
- An interest or affinity in the sports or media sector.
