Your new role
Joining a very successful team of paralegals, you will be offering support to a range of lawyers in a number of legal areas. You will work alongside a team of support staff at varying levels including apprentices and administrators depending on business requirements you will be exposed to some very interesting work.
You will receive first class training and support from the outset and work alongside some very talented people. Gaining experience in a wide range of legal areas, predominantly in insurance - you will be exposed to Professional and Financial Risks, Employment, Property, Casualty and Construction. You will develop your skillset in time and be offered the chance to progress for ambitious and talented individuals.
You will perform a number of tasks including (but not limited to) drafting letters, legal research, costs budgets, contract review, liaison with clients and third parties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Law LLB or GDL graduate ideally with some experience of working in a legal setting. You will be a confident and able communicator who is well-organised and has excellent attention to detail. You will be hardworking and able to adapt in an ever changing working environment.
An interest in insurance law is advantageous as is the LPC qualification however these are not pre-requisites. Attitude and personality as well as good academics are key.
