The role
This is a unique opportunity for a Residential Property solicitor 3+ years PQE to join the firms thriving Farnborough office, Hampshire
You will be dealing with a broad selection of caseloads varying from medium to high-network value. You will be joining an established Conveyancing department working alongside both knowledgeable, and approachable solicitors- an ethos that runs throughout the firm. Moreover, you will be working alongside partners of the firm, offering advice and undertaking caseloads of a complex nature.
Their offices have only recently undergone a six-figure refurbishment and are looking for experienced residential solicitors to inherit an existing, and established caseload. Consequently, you will gain fantastic exposure to some of the regions most challenging, and developed works.
Requirements
- You will be experienced in conveyancing
- You will be ideally 3+ years PQE (more junior candidates of a lesser PQE will still be considered)
- Commercial Property knowledge is desirable, but not essential
- You will receive excellent benefits
- You will be competent in handling your own caseloads.
