Conveyancing Assistant.
 
An opportunity has become available with an award winning, Legal 500 recommended full service law firm in Wakefield. The firm are consistently recognised by the leading independent legal guides, offering the full spectrum of legal services for individuals and businesses throughout the region and beyond.
 
The firm are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Wakefield office and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a similar Conveyancing Assistant role and have previously dealt with SDLT online and the Land Registry portal.
 
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will be working on a bespoke case management system and you will have experience of working with clients from instructions through to post completion.
 
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will be able to understand the full transaction and support a Fee Earner with their busy caseload. A strong communicator with excellent IT skills and with the ability to build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships. A positive 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn and the ability to get the job done is a must. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
 
The successful candidate will enjoy a busy hands-on support role. You will be a conscientious, proactive and a thorough team player who takes pride in delivering quality work.
