My client, a leading global law firm based in the City, is looking to recruit a HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside HR Business Partners in a globally recognised law firm.

The HR Administrator will provide full administrative support to the HR Business Partners and wider HR team.

Key duties will include:

  • Overseeing the administration of the joiner and leaver processes, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is prepared and documented
  • HR Operations support
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with recruitment events
  • General HR queries and administrative support
  • Assisting with the recruitment process.
  • Manage data on internal HR systems

The role would suit someone with a strong drive to work within a legal or professional services HR team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to hit the ground running. Confidence to work with senior stakeholders is a must, as is the willingness to go above and beyond. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure you continuously provide high quality administrative support.
