£45,000 - £60,000
Property Litigation Solicitor – Our client, a medium sized, leading UK firm with several offices in the south are now looking for a further associate, c.4 PQE+ to join their Legal 500 practice at their East Sussex location.
Due to expansion of their highly successful property litigation department they now require an experienced litigator to handle a busy caseload within the Brighton market and surrounding area. You will need to show significant experience in real estate litigation as well as general commercial disputes.
The team act for diverse portfolio of clients on a range of matters, offering an excellent service to landlords, tenants, developers, funders and high net worth individuals on commercial and residential property matters, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act as well as contractual disputes, intellectual property, construction disputes, professional negligence and defamation.
