A leading Cheshire practice, highly regarded and with a well established client base is looking to add to their property team.
The firm are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their Investment Property department. Ideally you'll have gained some experience working in a conveyancing department previously and looking to build on your skills.
You'll be working alongside senior fee earners in the department assisting with their caseloads & progressing files.
Your duties will include drafting contracts, undertaking searches, dealing with enquires from clients & preparing completion statements.
