Commercial Legal Counsel

Badenoch & Clark are currently assisting a leading FTSE 100 company in their recruitment of a commercial lawyer. The successful individual will be joining an already strong and talented in-house legal team.

The role;

- Provide sound legal advice to stakeholders at all levels within the group
- Working both as part of the team and on your own initiative, maintain and improve legal processes and delivery
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including but not limited to; IT, Procurement, Supply & Distribution, Framework, Marketing
- Dealing with ad-hoc issues such as regulatory and dispute resolution
- Providing pragmatic in relation to data protection and other compliance matters
- Using your legal knowledge and excellent communication skills to provide training sessions to colleagues across the business

The candidate;

- A minimum 2 year PQE solicitor with strong commercial experience
- A real desire to work in-house and become a key member of an organisation
- Trained & practised for a leading law firm
- Willing and able to pick up new areas of work quickly
- Good communicator, resilient and looking for a challenging role
