LAW Absolute have partnered with a highly reputable business seeking a Paralegal to join their innovative team in South Wales.

Working with global clients on a wide range of UK and international legal issues, the successful Paralegals will have a solid understanding of Corporate Law with a passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Project managing certain aspects of transactions
• Working with the wider UK and international legal and technology lines to improve procedures
• Undertaking appropriate training and development to further expertise
