This highly dynamic and ever expanding US law firm are now looking for additional support in their IT department and urgently seeking a confident, energetic and experienced IT User Support Specialist who is looking for a move up the career ladder.
The Role
Your main duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all IT User Support related issues for all staff within the firm
- Being able to solve any problems and provide full technical first and second line support.
The Candidate
As an experienced IT User Support Specialist, preferably with a top City law firm, candidates should have excellent communication skills as well as full knowledge of a wide variety of software programmes including Windows 7 & 10 and MS Office Suite as well as time recording systems which are vital in this fulfilling and challenging role.
