Part Time Securitisation Professional Support Lawyer

Our client, a magic circle law firm, is looking for a Professional Support Lawyer to focus on securitisation in their International Capital Markets team.

Ideally they are looking for a qualified lawyer of 4+PQE who is technically excellent in securitisation law. Previous PSL experience is desirable but not a pre-requisite. This could be a full or part-time depending upon the level of candidate suitability.

• To maintain and update know-how resources used both internally and externally.
• To design, plan and deliver securitisation training programmes for fee-earners and clients.
• Monitoring of legal and regulatory developments in order to assist fee earners with being able to provide the latest analysis when giving client advice.
• Support partners and associates as required in their client relationship development.
• Brief fee earners going on client secondments on the know-how resources available to them and act as the first point of contact for them for queries whilst on secondment.
• To work closely with the ICM know-how team to provide timely responses to relevant queries.
• To attend meetings of relevant external associations as necessary in order to keep the department up to date with developments.
• To develop and maintain links with Professional Support Lawyers in other relevant departments.
