Conveyancing Solicitor
I am currently supporting one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country which is going through continued expansion nationally.
They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach which has attributed to their huge success. They are completing a large number of matters each and every month, and this role would be ideal for an experienced conveyancer who would prefer to work for home.
As an experienced conveyancing solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, predominately focusing on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors. There is no need for business development in this role - the work is given to you!
In order to benefit from this rare conveyancing solicitor opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 80+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support.
You will be a non-qualified conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience and you'll be able to manage a caseload of 80-90 files.
Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.
