Legal Counsel-Payments

A highly regarded tech business is experiencing rapid growth across the globe. The Global Head Office therefore is looking to expand the legal team by recruiting an experienced Legal Counsel.

This exciting role reports to the General Counsel and duties will cover;

Drafting, writing and negotiating a wide range of contracts - vendor and partner agreements, as well as agreements with financial institution partners and terms and conditions.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and risk tolerances.

Advising on contract status, legal risks and legal liabilities.

In addition there will be work covering Employment Law, M and A and general corporate work.

This will be a fast paced role in a company with a strong growth trajectory.

Financial services or payments experience would be regarded as advantageous.
