Corporate PSL

This long established and well regarded international firm has a vacancy for a corporate professional support lawyer.

THE ROLE

To support a team covering the full range of business transactions in the UK and internationally. The PSL role provides the opportunity to get involved with drafting and maintaining precedents and practice notes, developing legal training, leading know-how meetings and assisting with technical queries.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will be a Corporate lawyer with ideally 7PQE+ and excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous PSL experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
