This is a really Interesting new opportunity for a lawyer or Paralegal with a background in Commercial and IP law to move In House.

You will have a range of responsibilities working in a fast moving environment.

You will need have from 0- post qualified experience in the related field and have an exceptional grasp of the commercial challenges facing a business in this sector.

We are looking for an experienced UK Qualified Lawyer with interest and/or interest in this area. You will have a strong commercial background and have proven practical skills and experience. Experience and passion for IP law will be a big advantage.

You will have the opportunity to work in a small friendly team, working for a number of different entities within a larger group. This will bring you into contact with some of the most senior stakeholders in the business, advising on a wide range of commercial matters critical to the business. The breadth and range of their products will require strong attention to the intellectual property challenges of a highly diverse business.

You will join an established and supportive team and will play an integral part in the projects critical to the business.
