RTA Litigation Litigation Executive (Biker)

I am recruiting fro an RTA Litigation Litigation Executive for a firm who have offices across Merseyside. The RTA Litigation Executive will manage a caseload of motorbike fast track files from inception to completion. It is essential that you possess experience of riding a motorcycle for this role. You must be able to assess liability and quantum and identify early cases that will require litigation.
The RTA Litigation Executive will have over 2 years experience in managing a caseload of fast track files and be a strong litigator. Expert knowledge of the CPR and legislation is also essential.
