My client is looking to recruit an experienced Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience to join a Complex Insurance team in Liverpool. The role will involve working in a team environment, handling mid-high value EL/PL/RTA personal injury claims on behalf of Insurers.

The Fee Earner will also be working with and assisting a Partner and Director within the team with their caseloads, comprising high value cases for a variety of insurers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of leading Insurers handling quality mid-high value work. For the right candidate it offers the opportunity for development based on performance.

You will have the opportunity to learn from industry leading experts in a friendly and committed working environment and get involved in a variety of tasks such as:

• Experience of handling EL/PL/RTA claims
• Strong technical ability to include a thorough grasp of principles and case law and topics such as CPR and dealing with Experts/Counsel
• Experience in assessing both liability and quantum.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Motivation and a demonstrable work ethic
• Confidence, Resilience and Tenacity
• An ability to work pro-actively and demonstrate initiative without constant direction, albeit under close supervision
