My client who is a well-respected and incredibly well established law firm based in City Centre Leeds. They are currently looking with for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive

You will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

* Freehold and Leasehold
* Help to Buy
* New build (purchase and sale)
* Right to Buy
* Shared ownership
* Mortgages/Re-mortgages

The candidate
NQ or experienced Conveyencers are both welcome to be considered. You will be dealing with a personal caseload of residential property files, you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written. You will be experienced in dealing with files from Inception through to Completion.
