Legal Director (10+ PQE) Shanghai - 14814/TTL

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer with strong technical skills to head up its China legal team of a multinational corporation based in Shanghai. You will be accountable for the provision of legal and strategic advice and support on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, supply chain, data privacy and compliance matters. You ideally are PRC qualified with over 10 years’ relevant PQE at top-tier international or local law firms. Candidates with in-house experience and the ability to work independently are preferred. Strong communication skills with business clients are required along with fluent written and oral English and Mandarin. REF: 14814/TTL
