An award winning Legal 500 firm in Guildford are looking to hire a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their prestigious, property team.
This opportunity requires someone who is confident handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership.
The firm has well-built, existing client relationships which is managed by a separate team so this role is to focus on the legal aspects of a residential conveyancing case, a key attribute they do seek is strong communication skills.
