My client, a leading Legal 500 firm, are seeking a Pensions Solicitor for their London City office where pensions law is one of the core practice areas of the firm.
The Role
The team predominantly advise trustees of Defined Benefit or Hybrid schemes and some Defined Contribution arrangements but as a Pension Solicitor you will also:
- Advise employers, insolvency practitioners and individuals
- Advise clients on all aspects of pensions law both contentious and non-contentious including group reorganisations and mergers, scheme design and benefit changes, scheme closure, liability reduction exercises and general Pensions & Finance Acts matters.
Candidate should have 0-5 years PQE and experience of pensions law ideally from a leading firm or working in Employment Law.
