Our client is a leading international law firm who are currently seeking a Real Estate lawyer to join their office in Brussels, Belgium. This leading law firm features heavily in the rankings and are highly rated across the board in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for a wide range of experience in multiple practice areas such as real estate, litigation and corporate. The team works on areas across real estate such as; land acquisitions, property acquisitions and disposals, grant of business leases, leisure and healthcare development work and property finance.
The team are seeking a Real Estate lawyer with 2-6 PQE. You will be working within the real estate office, Advising Real estate matters within Litigation, Transactional, Construction, Development, Institutional, Development, Corporate Real Estate and Landlord and Tennant matters. Fluency in Dutch and English are mandatory and fluency in French will be a bonus.
