A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a progressive, reputable firm in Bolton.

Our client offer a proactive and focused approach in order to provide clear advice. They also have a regional presence in the legal field and boast a range of legal services to clients nationwide and beyond. Â The department is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant with a dedication to client care. To achieve this, strong communication skills and a rational, problem-solving approach to your work is necessary.

You will be granted the opportunity to handle day to day running of sales files under the supervision of the case manager and assist them in the handling of purchase files. The role also includes, but is not limited to; dealing with sale enquiries, preparing forms, letters, contracts, leasehold and completion reports.
