The role will involve advising clients on the full suite of commercial law matters, in both the private and public sector.

You will gain exposure to drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and have the opportunity to develop your own case load of matters, whilst supporting team members and Partners with their matters.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial law, in particular drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts and advising on associated risks. With a high level of commercial awareness and strong attention to detail, you will be looking for a role that affords you the chance to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
