Our Manchester team has been instructed by an International firm to recruit a Construction Solicitor following an increase in their construction offering.

The successful Construction Solicitor will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and have sound knowledge within both the Contentious and Non-contentious areas of Construction. Due to the well-established reputation of the firm, your files will be of the highest value and the most technically challenging on the market.

Your clients will be varied, including: funders, employers, subcontractors and main contractors. You will have the backing of Partners and Associates at the firm to ensure you receive varied work with realistic timeframes.

Some of your work may include: drafting construction contracts, collateral warranties and parent company guarantees, negotiating on agreeing final forms of construction documents as well as dealing with bond claims, claims documentation and assisting with high court litigation from pre- action to trial.
