The Corporate team at this high calibre firm advise on everything from large corporations to start-up businesses. You will be working alongside a team of specialists in their respective sectors such as TMT, defence, aerospace and healthcare. As a Senior Corporate Associate you will be undertaking cases such as M&As, Export Control and Sanctions, as well as corporate transactions.

The firm has an excellent reputation in its field and therefore presents the opportunity to work on some of the most rewarding and technically challenging work available on the corporate market. As well as advising on complex and strategic projects worth £100m+, you will also deal with a high volume of smaller transactions. This ensures your work is an interesting and varied mix, thus providing you with the building blocks to develop your own portfolio.
