Real Estate Paralegal
An experienced real estate paralegal is sought for this award-winning, national law firm based in new and innovative offices at the heart of the Bristol city centre legal district. This Legal 500 practice has an outstanding reputation both locally and nationally.
You will join the core real estate team to work with leading partners and lawyers across all aspects of commercial property work including development, funding leasing, portfolio management, acquisition and disposal. They boast a long list of well-known clients from various sectors including retail and leisure and work on many local and regional development projects.
Your role will involve providing support to senior members of the team and assisting on transactions and part of wider projects. You will assist with preparing various documents with the supervision of specialist commercial property lawyers which will really help you to hone and develop your skills as a real estate paralegal.
As a real estate paralegal in the team, you will have at least 6 months' experience of handling commercial property transactions in a recognised Legal 500 real estate practice. You will have a bright and enthusiastic approach and be keen to join a highly regarded and award winning real estate team, handling excellent quality work in a supportive and friendly team culture that truly brings the best out of you.
