Commercial Property Solicitor 1-4PQE+

JDI Legal  - North East legal recruitment specialists based here in the region are currently working with a long standing North East practice to recruit an additional bright and motivated commercial property solicitor, likely to be around 1-4PQE.

The role is due to expansion and will work closely with 2 partners carrying out a strong repeat client base. The successful individual will have a proven track record in handling a range of commercial property transactions as well as be confident in establishing their own relationships and links. 

The typical areas that the firm regularly get instructions on are :

Sales and purchases (including leasehold) Some Agricultural (including FBT) Commercial leases Options Overage / clawback Pre-emptions Promotion Agreements Bridging and finance arrangements Small business sales and purchases.   Mines and minerals.   Guidance and training can be offered in some of the above areas the key thing is finding the right individual with a good work ethic, who is keen to deliver a high rate of client care and wanting to be part of a small dedicated team. 

The firm have excellent staff retention and there is genuine prospects for development and progression.
