Our client, a law firm in the West End of London, is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. You will require a University degree (min. 2:1) plus 6-9 months HR experience in a corporate, professional environment.
The team comprises 5 people and you will be providing administration support in all areas of HR including processing joiners and leavers documentation, arranging interviews, screening CVs, assisting with HR projects, updating the HR database, preparing offer letters, contracts, processing references, organising inductions, maintaining training records, assisting with annual appraisal process, salary reviews, bonuses and producing HR reports.
You will need to be proactive, able to cope in a busy environment, have a passion for HR as a long term career and a positive, flexible attitude. You will also require good IT skills including experience utilising an HR database.
Salary is £25-27k depending on experience. Friendly, supportive team environment, lovely offices in a great location! Excellent career prospects including potential sponsorship of CIPD studies after a qualifying period.
