Personal Injury Lawyer

An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced litigator to join a team of committed fee earners in my client’s Birmingham office.  You will manage a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated Accident claims up to the value of £200k. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor who is looking to further their career within a leading Legal 500 firm. 

The role is suitable for an admitted solicitor or Legal Executive who has a strong background in Personal Injury Law with extensive experience in litigation.  As well as having experience in handling specialist personal injury files you will also be well versed in Multi Track valued accident claims through to completion. 

It is important that you have  knowledge of employer, public, occupier and product liability. 

This is a supportive and hard working team who put client focus at the heart of what they do and so it is essential that you work well within a team and have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
