Restructuring & Insolvency Associate

I am working closely with an Elite White Shoe US law firm who have an established presence in Asia. The firm have a world renown Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Singapore and are looking to hire into the team at Associate level.

My client require the following:

- At least 2 years of PQE

- International law firm experience in Restructuring, insolvency and general finance matters 

- Common law qualification with either Australian, England & Wales or Singapore qualification preferred

- A strong academic background

- Experience working in international locations preferable but not required

- An ability to work alongside clients and team members in a professional, collegiate and approachable manner

The successful candidate will report to a top ranking Senior Counsel and highly regarded Partner within the practice area. The firm aim to offer long term opportunities and are able to offer a highly competitive salary with US rates.
