Due to large expansion plans, an award winning full service law firm based in South Manchester are currently looking to add to their established Commercial Property team.
The firm will consider solicitors ranging from Newly Qualified to circa 5 years PQE with experience dealing experience dealing with commercial property transactions.
The successful candidate will be handling their own caseload of real estate matters as well as assisting partners on more complex transactions.
Your caseload will consist of;
Sales & Acquisitions
Landlord & Tenant work
Development
Secured Lending
Option & Pre-emption agreements
