We are now seeking a driven Immigration Lawyer with IAAS Accredited Supervisor status to join a thriving department in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The successful supervisor will be overseeing the day to day management of a small team whilst managing a diverse caseload consisting of a range of immigration matters.

- Privately/publicly funded matters
- Advising clients detained in police stations, prison, detention centres and hospital
- Asylum and deportation cases
- Preparing bail applications
- Overstaying
- Leave to remain applications
- Criminal offences
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from paralegals, legal executives and solicitors of all levels
- Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) Accredited Supervisor status will be essential
- Solid understanding of all immigration matters
- Technically proficient and commercially aware
