Property Litigation Solicitor.
A Legal 500 firm in Brighton is looking for a Property Litigation /Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to work alongside its Legal 500 recommended Partner.
You will take over an existing busy caseload which will be varied and will include landlord and tenant disputes, possession orders, commercial and residential property disputes.
You will also be handling commercial litigation matters such as defamation, professional negligence, contractual and construction disputes.
This position would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
